Athletic Programs Overview
Sport Team & Clinic Information:
At all skill levels, our youth sports programs foster teamwork, participation, fairness, and positive social skills in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Through our athletics programs, we provide youth with opportunities to develop socially, emotionally and physically. We make it our mission to promote self-awareness, conflict resolutions skills, and teamwork.
The following athletic and team opportunities available to youth in 2022:
Location Information:
The primary location for all Boys & Girls Clubs Athletic Programs will be the Newman-Adam Bryan Campus located at 1910 Beck Street in Bryan. Other potential locations for games and practices include Bryan ISD school gymnasiums or City of Bryan parks.
Registration & Fees:
Registration is open to both members and non-members. However, non-members will be required to pay club membership fee upon registration. Club membership fees are renewed each school year. Athletic registration fee includes team jersey. Registration and payment can be completed online or in person. For in-person registration and payment, please visit the Boys & Girls Club Bryan Campus located at 1910 Beck Street during club hours:
School Year Hours: Monday - Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm & Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Player & Coach Combines:
Volunteer to Coach:
Those interested in volunteering to coach, please click here to complete coach volunteer registration. All coaches must be official registered and approved Boys and Girls Club of the Brazos Valley Volunteers and will be required to complete and pay $20 fee for a background check.

Player & Coach Combines:
- Player Combine: Prior to the start of each sports league season, all players will be required to attend a skill evaluation combine. Player combines will be approximately 1.5-2 hours in length and players will be asked to complete short drills to demonstrate sport specific skills and fundamentals. All player combines will be hosted at the Boys & Girls Newman-Adam Bryan Unit located at 1910 Beck Street in Bryan. There will be multiple Saturday sessions offered to provide each player the opportunity to attend one session prior to the start of each season.
- Coach Orientation & Training: Volunteer coaches will be required to attend a one hour training & orientation session which will take place at the same date and location of the player combine evaluation. Coaches will be emailed information regarding the time of these trainings after completing their volunteer registration and clearing a background check.
- All coaches will also be required to attend a minimum of one player combine session to assist with player evaluations.

Track | Summer 2022Summer Track program will be offered each summer during the months of June - August.

Offered Throughout 2022The Program is an off-season training and conditioning program for athletes ages 11-18 who desire to improve their skills with the goal of playing at an elite level in high school & college. More information coming soon!
