After-School Membership Application
After-School Meals & Snacks

All members enjoy a healthy and balanced after-school meal each day which is served with fresh fruit and juice or water. Breakfast and lunch are both served on days in which the club is open 8am-5pm which coincide with Bryan ISD staff development days.
Meals are prepared from scratch daily by our Director of Culinary Arts, Chef Mark Torres and Culinary Assistant, Yloundas Washington in the Newman-Adam Darwood Foundation Culinary Teaching Kitchen. Members also have an opportunity to take part in culinary arts programs offered after-school as well as volunteer in the kitchen and learn kitchen safety, food handling and preparation, and cleaning best practices.
