REGISTRATION FOR AFTER-SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION
To register for transportation, your child must be a member that is active and currently enrolled. The transportation application can be accessed on our MyClubHub Portal: bgcbrazosvalley.my.site.com
You will need to have your child's full name, the Bryan ISD school they attend, and their BISD student ID.
If you have any questions, please call 979-822-7516.

TRANSPORTATION SPOTS ARE LIMITED
AND NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL BRYAN ISD OR BOYS & GIRLS CLUB CONFIRMS THAT THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED. ANOTHER GOOD WAY TO VERIFY IS TO CHECK IN YOUR CHILD'S PROFILE IN YOUR BRYAN ISD SKYWARD ACCOUNT.

(Harmony Science Academy and Arrow Academy provide their own transportation to our Club, for their students.
If your child is a student at one of these schools, please contact the school for further information on how to apply for their bus transport.)

After-School Transportation is provided at no additional cost by Bryan ISD buses from select Bryan ISD schools.

Meals & Snacks

Picture
All members enjoy a healthy and balanced after-school meal each day which is served with fresh fruit and juice or water.  Breakfast and lunch are both served on days in which the club is open 8am-5pm which coincide with Bryan ISD staff development days.

Meals are prepared from scratch daily by our Culinary Crew in the Newman-Adam Darwood Foundation Culinary Teaching Kitchen. Members also have an opportunity to take part in culinary arts programs offered after-school as well as volunteer in the kitchen and learn kitchen safety, food handling and preparation, and cleaning best practices.
