Meals & Snacks

Picture
All members enjoy a healthy and balanced after-school meal each day which is served with fresh fruit and juice or water.  Breakfast and lunch are both served on days in which the club is open 8am-5pm which coincide with Bryan ISD staff development days.

Meals are prepared from scratch daily by our Culinary Crew in the Newman-Adam Darwood Foundation Culinary Teaching Kitchen. Members also have an opportunity to take part in culinary arts programs offered after-school as well as volunteer in the kitchen and learn kitchen safety, food handling and preparation, and cleaning best practices.
